Please read these terms carefully before using TicketFi. They define how you and we both keep the platform fair and trustworthy.

By using TicketFi you agree to play fair: no fraud, no scalping above policy, you're 18+, and ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TicketFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Reselling tickets at inflated prices may be prohibited depending on the event.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refund policies are set by event organizers. TicketFi charges a service fee on each transaction. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Event Organizer Terms

Organizers are responsible for the events they list on TicketFi. TicketFi acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

TicketFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to event cancellations, technical outages, or third-party actions.
